Yonex
The Yonex ASTROX ATTACK 9 is a lightweight, attacking-oriented badminton racket designed for intermediate and developing players who want a combination of power, maneuverability, and control. Its 4U construction and head-heavy balance provide useful weight behind attacking shots while keeping the racket light enough for quick handling and fast rallies. The racket features Yonex’s Rotational Generator System, which distributes weight through the grip, frame, and joint to support smooth transitions between consecutive shots. The Hi-Flex shaft helps players generate power more easily by flexing and recovering during the swing, making it suitable for players who want additional power without using a heavier racket. The graphite construction provides a good balance of strength, stability, and responsiveness, while the ISOMETRIC™ head shape offers a larger effective sweet spot for more consistent contact. The racket is also 10 mm longer than standard, providing additional reach and leverage for attacking clears and smashes. With its lightweight feel, head-heavy balance, and flexible response, the ASTROX ATTACK 9 is a practical choice for players developing an attacking style and looking for a racket that is powerful without being overly demanding.
