Yonex
The Yonex ASTROX 100 TOUR Kurenai is a high-performance attacking badminton racket designed for intermediate to advanced players who want a strong combination of power, stability, precision, and maneuverability. Its head-heavy balance provides additional momentum behind attacking shots, making it particularly effective for powerful smashes, attacking clears, and aggressive rear-court play. The racket features Yonex’s Rotational Generator System, which distributes weight through the grip, frame, and joint to help the racket transition smoothly between consecutive shots. Its stiff shaft provides a responsive and solid hitting feel, allowing experienced players to transfer energy efficiently into the shuttle. The racket is designed to deliver strong repulsion and stability while maintaining enough maneuverability for fast attacking exchanges. The ASTROX 100 TOUR incorporates advanced frame and shaft construction to provide a stable response during high-power shots. The ISOMETRIC™ head shape creates a larger effective sweet spot, helping improve consistency on off-centre contact, while the aerodynamic frame design supports faster racket movement. The Kurenai edition features a distinctive red Kurenai colourway while retaining the attacking characteristics of the ASTROX 100 TOUR. It is a powerful and responsive option for players who want a more accessible alternative to the extremely demanding ASTROX 100ZZ while still maintaining a strong attacking performance.
