Yonex
The Yonex AEROSONIC Badminton String is an ultra-thin, high-repulsion string designed for players who want exceptionally quick shuttle response, powerful shots, and a sharp hitting sound. With an ultra-fine 0.61 mm gauge, it is engineered to deliver fast repulsion and responsive performance, making it an excellent choice for players who rely on quick drives, rapid exchanges, attacking clears, and fast-paced doubles play. Its advanced string construction helps maximise energy transfer at impact, allowing players to enjoy a lively and responsive feel during rallies. ([Yonex Official Website](https://www.yonex.com/badminton/strings/bgas)) The string features a high-intensity nylon multifilament core surrounded by a specially braided high-polymer nylon outer layer. This construction is designed to provide quick repulsion and a distinctive hitting sound while maintaining a crisp feel on contact. Its thin profile makes it particularly suitable for players who prioritise speed, touch, and responsiveness, although its ultra-thin gauge may be less durable than thicker badminton strings, especially for frequent hard hitters or players who mishit regularly. Available in a 10-metre set for stringing one racket and a 200-metre reel for multiple stringing jobs, the AEROSONIC is made in Japan.
